Services Description

Ledinor provides relocation assistance services in Singapore, including but not limited to home finding, logistics organization, storage solutions, and settlement assistance. The specific services to be provided will be outlined in a service agreement or statement of work between you and Ledinor.

Service Fees and Payment

Our service fees will be clearly communicated to you before any services are provided. Unless otherwise specified in writing:

• Payment terms are net 30 days from the date of invoice
• A deposit may be required before commencement of services
• All fees are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD)
• Payments can be made by bank transfer, credit card, or other methods as specified

Client Responsibilities

To enable us to provide our services effectively, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your relocation needs and preferences
• Respond promptly to our communications and requests for information
• Review and provide timely feedback on property options or other recommendations
• Make yourself available for scheduled appointments and viewings
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Singapore

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made 14 or more days prior to the scheduled service date will receive a full refund of any deposit paid, less administrative fees
• Cancellations made 7-13 days prior to the scheduled service date will receive a 50% refund of any deposit paid
• Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the scheduled service date will not be eligible for a refund
• No-shows for scheduled services will be charged in full

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Ledinor's total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services
• We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control

Third-Party Service Providers

We may recommend or engage third-party service providers on your behalf, such as movers, property agents, or storage facilities. While we strive to work with reputable providers, we do not guarantee their services and are not liable for their acts or omissions.

Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your information and will not disclose any confidential information to third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Ledinor and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content without our express written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
